1. Purchase selected mattresses* from 15 May 2024 to 28 July 2024 at any Simmons Gallery/Studio, Department Store Counter or Authorised Dealer.
2. Mattress must be delivered by 30 September 2024.

Terms and Conditions

1. 1. By registering or taking part in this Lucky Draw, you agree to be bound by these Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Simmons Southeast Asia Pte Ltd in relation to and in connection with this Lucky Draw.
   2. Only participating products are eligible for this draw, see below for full list of qualifying products.

   3. Each unique winner will be entitled to one winning mattress only.
   4. If there are multiple mattresses purchased under a single sales order receipt, the highest price qualifying mattress will be awarded.
   5. Prizes will be awarded in the form of cash, not exchangeable for any other items.
   6. Purchase-with-Purchase and Gift-with-Purchase items are not applicable for this lucky draw.
   7. There will be one (1) Lucky Draw winner in total. The winner for the Lucky Draw will be drawn at random on 3 October 2024 (“Draw Date”) at Simmons Southeast Asia’s office located at 300 Beach Road #25-03 The Concourse Singapore 199555.
   8.  The winner shall be notified by phone at their phone number and email at their email address as indicated in their sales order within seven (7) calendar days of the Draw Date.
   9. Winners will acknowledge the prize within fourteen (14) working days from the notification date. 
   10. Announcement of winners will be published on social media, newspaper and Simmons.com.sg.
   11. No cancellation, exchange or refund of the winning mattress will be allowed.
   12. The following categories of people are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw:
       • All permanent and/or contract employees (“Employees”) of Simmons Southeast Asia Pte Ltd and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters) (“Immediate Family Members”).
       • All agencies and/or service providers engaged by Simmons Southeast Asia Pte Ltd (including but not limited to advertising agencies, promotions agencies, printing companies, event management agencies and any persons assisting or who are involved in the Lucky Draw) and their Employees and Immediate Family Members.
       • All dealers and/or distributors of the products of the Simmons Southeast Asia Pte Ltd and their Employees and Immediate Family Members.
   13. Prizes that are not redeemed within thirty (30) calendar days from the Draw Date will be forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. A Participant whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from Simmons Southeast Asia Pte Ltd.
   14. A new winner will be drawn to replace any winner(s) subsequently disqualified.
   15. Simmons Southeast Asia Pte Ltd has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Participants. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and Simmons Southeast Asia Pte Ltd is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
   16. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have consented to:
       • The collection, use and disclosure of his/her name and contact details by Simmons Southeast Asia Pte Ltd for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law.
